Cream Cheese Banana Bread

I love having a warm, moist slice of banana bread. I also love the taste of sweet cream cheese. Combine them to get something unbelievable! Seriously though. I wanted to make another loaf of this heaven bread when only one slice was missing from the first one. It's that good...

Bread Ingredients:
1 large egg
1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
3 tsps of vanilla extract
1 cup of mashed bananas
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder

Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients:
4 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a nonstick (or spray a) 9x5in baking pan.
2. In a bowl, stir together the egg, flour, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla. Lastly, stir in the mashed bananas.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda into the mix. Mix well.
4. Pour most of the batter into the loaf pan, leave about 1/3 of the mix in the bowl.
5. In another bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar, mix well with a fork.
6. Pour cream cheese and sugar mix into the middle of the bread mix that is in the loaf pan, as shown below.

7. Grab bowl of leftover bread mix and cover the cream cheese evenly. Carefully spreading to cover if needed.
8. Bake for 45 minutes, let cool some and enjoy!
