Quick And Easy Creamy Chicken Chimichangas

8 oz. of cream cheese
8 oz. of cheddar cheese
1.5 tbsp of Cholula hot sauce
1 pound of cooked shredded chicken
4 flour tortillas
olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir together chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
2. Place two scoops of mixture into the middle of 4 tortillas.
3. Shape the scoops into a square in the middle, as you can see in the first picture of the title.
4. Fold the tortillas starting with the bottom up and into the center, then the sides, and then the top. Place them folded in side down on a sprayed or non stick cookie sheet.
5. Spread a small amount of olive oil on top of the the chimichanga's, and then bake for 15 minutes.
6. When 15 minutes are up, take the sheet out of the oven and turn all chimichanga's over, spreading olive oil on this side as well. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
7. Serve up with a favorite side dish like beans and rice, and enjoy!
