Ingredients:
8 Lasagna Noodles
15oz of Ricotta Cheese
24oz of Your Favorite Pasta Sauce
1lb of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1tbsp of Italian Seasoning
2 cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350, and boil a large pot of water. Add lasagna noodles. Let cook for about 10-12 minutes.
2. Cook sausage in a pan, breaking up into tiny pieces as it cooks.
3. Once sausage is cooked, turn off the stove and stir in the pasta sauce.
4. Take the cooked noodles and drain all the water out, run cold water over the noodles until they are cool to the touch and easy to handle.
5. Put ricotta cheese and Italian seasonings in a bowl and mix together with a fork.
5. Take one noodle at a time, laying them down on a flat surface.
6. Add a generous spoon full of ricotta cheese spread evenly onto each lasagna noodle, leaving about an inch on one end of the noodle free of any ingredients. Take a spoon full of the pasta sauce, and flatten it out on top of all the ricotta cheese.
7. Take the end of the noodle that is covered in cheese and sauce, and start rolling the noodle up carefully. Not too tight or the insides will fall out the sides of the noodle.
8. Once all the noodles have filling and are rolled up, place them in a greased baking dish.
9. Add the leftover meat and sauce mixture on top of the noodles, then sprinkle on the grated mozzarella cheese!
9. Place the dish in the preheated oven, and bake for 15 minutes. All the oven is doing is heating the food up and melting the cheese!
