Banana Stuffed French Toast

This is such a delicious breakfast! You don't wanna just take my word for it... Go ahead, go make it!
This recipe makes four sandwiches.

Ingredients:
2 Bananas, sliced
8 Slices of French Toast (or we used whole wheat bread)
1 Cup of Almond Milk
4 Eggs
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Grab a skillet for the stove top and turn the heat up to medium heat.
3. Whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl big enough to set a slice of bread in.
4. Dip bread in egg mixture for about 20 seconds on each side, then place it on the stove and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Place slice of cooked bread on cookie sheet, and lay slices of banana evenly on slice of bread.
6. Cook another slice of already soaked bread on the stove, cook for 2 minutes on each side, and place this slice on top of your first slice with bananas, making a sandwich.
7. Continue making all bread into banana sandwiches and placing them on the cookie sheet.
8. When all are made and placed on the cookie sheet, place the sheet into the oven for 8 minutes.
9. Serve up with some syrup and sprinkled powdered sugar, don't forget a side, like bacon, and enjoy!
