10 Steps To Having A Better Day

Being positive is key to having a good mindset and a good day. If you wake up and start your day in a positive way, you're more likely to have a better day! You can do 10 very simple things to make sure you start your day off with the right attitude. Let me tell you, it really is simple.



It may seem a little silly at first, that's definitely what my thought was at first, but in the end you can actually see how it helps you, your thoughts, and your outlook on the day ahead of you. 

Ready to hear the silly, simple secret to having a better day?... Okay, so you wake up, go ahead and get ready, eat breakfast and whatnot and wait until you have a tiny bit of downtime. It can be while you're getting dressed, or even  while sitting in the car outside of work/school if you don't think you have any time to do it. Just be sure to make time for it, it's possible to do so! So you're ready now, right? Sit there and relax. Now think of ten things that make you happy at this moment. Ten things that you are grateful for. No matter how your day is going so far, do everything to list ten items. As long as you're grateful for them, and they make you happy. It could be as simple as "I'm grateful for my scarf on this cold day." The little things count, too. 


You think it's a little silly, don't you? Well actually give it a try for a week. Don't skip out on all ten and don't miss a day. You'll begin to notice the change in your attitude before you know it!
